Book description
Wallpaper is awesome—and can do so much more than simply cover walls! In this new book by stylish DIY mavens Lauren Smith and Derek Fagerstrom, wallpaper gets an exciting makeover. Inspired by the many gorgeous papers available, both vintage and new, Lauren and Derek have come up with dozens of cool projects that use wallpaper in a variety of fun and creative ways:
• gift tags
• placemats
• lampshades
• magazine holders
• appliqués
Walls get covered, too—in fresh and interesting ways. Each project is presented in a full-color photograph accompanied by step-by-step instructions and how-to photographs. Also included are ideas for creating your own wallpaper designs; tips and techniques for foolproof application; and resources for finding cool papers.
