Book description
Over the last five seasons, the TV drama 24 has developed an enormous popular following and received plenty of critical acclaim (the show won Emmys for Best Drama and Best Actor). For every fan who’s dreamed about fighting terrorism with Federal Agent Jack Bauer, Quirk is proud to present 24: The Counter-Terrorism Unit Handbook. This guide is received by all new agents of the Counter Terrorist Unit (CTU) and features important instructions on working in this elite government agency (and just in case you’re wondering, the CTU is entirely fictional). Contents include valuable information about CTU’s unique working environment: CTU Agency History and Hierarchy (with maps of the offices and evacuation procedures), Rules and Regulations (including new guidelines on interoffice fraternization), The Six Most Important Days in CTU History (mini recaps of seasons 1-6). Plus a host of important on-the-job skills—including sections on: Gear, Surveillance, Undercover Ops, Combat, Interrogation, and Special Ops. With dozens of stills and photographs from the show, plus specially commissioned illustrations, this is a 24 fan’s dream come true!
