Book description
This ain’t your grandma’s tarot deck. Don’t look for magicians or jewel-encrusted brass goblets. The Housewives Tarot features all 78 cards of a regular tarot deck—presented with hip, hilarious artwork that’s full of vacuum cleaners, sponges, jello molds, and other kitschy icons of ‘50s household life. Accompanying the deck is a 96-page guide to domestic divination. With the help of your narrator, Marlene Weatherbee, the book explains the meanings of all 78 cards as well as guides the reader through three different card layouts: the Clothes-Line Spread, The Martini Spread, and The Dinette Spread.
